Firesight Pulse – General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Firesight Pulse platform (“Pulse”, “the Platform”) provided by Firesight Technologies Ltd (“Firesight”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.

1. Platform Overview

Pulse is a connected intelligence platform powered by Natural Language AI, designed to synthesise users’ workflows, proprietary data, and external intelligence signals (e.g., news, market trends, social sentiment) into personalised, real-time insights. Firesight uses your onboarding context and continuous engagement to optimise the delivery of intelligence outputs, enhancing strategic decision-making capabilities.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding legal agreement to use the Platform.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and to keep this information up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and agree to safeguard access credentials.

3. User-Submitted Data and Inputs

You retain ownership of the proprietary data and onboarding inputs you provide to Pulse (“User Data”).
By submitting User Data, you grant Firesight a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and process the data for the purpose of delivering and improving the Pulse experience.
Firesight will not sell, share, or publicly disclose your proprietary data without your explicit consent, unless legally required to do so.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, architecture, and intelligence models powering Pulse remain the exclusive property of Firesight Technologies Ltd.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary methodology of the Platform.
Firesight may aggregate anonymised, de-identified data across users to improve platform performance, benchmark insights, or for research purposes. This data will not be attributable to any user.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security of Pulse.
Input malicious code, data designed to exploit vulnerabilities, or use the Platform to transmit harmful or misleading content.
Use output from Pulse as legal, financial, or medical advice without professional human oversight.

6. Confidentiality

Firesight treats your workflows, onboarding information, and usage data as confidential. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this information.
You agree not to disclose Firesight’s confidential methods, algorithms, or unreleased features to third parties without written consent.

7. Data Security and Privacy

Firesight is committed to data privacy and complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.
Our Privacy Policy details how data is collected, stored, and processed, and forms part of these Terms.

8. Service Availability and Updates

Firesight will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We reserve the right to modify or update Pulse at any time, including the addition or removal of features, with or without notice.

9. Disclaimers

Pulse is a decision-support tool. All insights and outputs are informational only and should not be interpreted as definitive fact or actionable advice without context and judgment.
Firesight does not warrant that outputs are error-free, nor that they will produce specific results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Firesight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to Firesight (if any) in the six months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.
Firesight reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases, and your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales], without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to users through the Platform or via email. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
